Please give examples of your recommended food items as components of Thai food ingredients much as possible - rather than recommending the purchase of health food tablets, 3. Can you give references that describe the change of simple carbohydrates into complex carbohydrates upon chilling or freezing the precooked food that is mainly simple carbohydrates.
