Played on my mom's 1972 Martin 016-NY, standard turning, nylon strings. This is my own arrangement, an easy version with freestyle picking pattern.

Hey there! What a beautiful arrangement. My gandfather passed away and I want to sing this at his funeral, but i didn't want to sing the whole song,just these to versus and the ending like you did. I can't believe it, this arrangement is exactly wha ti want to do. I'm wondering if i could get the chords/tab and or a version of you playing but not singing so i could sing this for my grandpa.
