My family of 5 recently took a road trip for a few days. Our 10 month old was having one of the worst weeks of his little life and was constantly screaming. This song single handedly saved our trip. Music is an amazing way to bring us together, as husband and wife, or girlfriend/boyfriend. I have played guitar for many years. Although I tend to learn and play songs that speak of lost or unrequited love, it seems other than a 13 year marriage that ended in divorce in 2000, I can't say I've been blessed in the area of love as I find it true that "nice guys finish last" and as I look back every woman I have ever loved broke my heart. Yet, my guitar and singing often brings me solace. I hope that someday, even at 65, I have someone to sing my songs to and I find love in my life. Even though broken hearts are the absolute worst pain we suffer in life, in my opinion, if you find one that lasts, it can be worth it.
