PAL is also one of my favorite villains. She’s the most interesting too. Even better, she’s from one of Sony’s newest movies. I wonder what the movie would have been like if PAL understood why she was thrown away and if she was good. But no, in the movie, she’s the complete opposite. In the PAL scenes of the movie, I was interested. One thing that doesn’t make sense, if PAL was supposed to have a lot of technology, why didn’t her makers make her waterproof? It is 2021. There are real life smartphones that are waterproof.

You forgot Leonard (King Pig) from first Angry Birds Movie. I'd put he somewhere close to middle since he redeemed himself in the second movie. Despite that, he caused a lot of damage to the birds in the first movie. Yeah he didn't want any kind of power (he is a king already) but he wanted to eat CHILDREN for the sake of fulfilling his hunger. I doubt that they were starving back in the pig island so it was not necessary to choose this type of meal. If he wanted eggs because they were so delicious for pigs, that means he already tasted them once which proves that he is a child murderer in this world (no you are not a child murderer if you eat eggs, fellow reader, but in the world of antropomorphic birds who treat eggs like babys it's nothing less than child murder). Geez, that turned really dark. Probably he should be ranked a bit lower than I expected in a first place. Chester V definitely should have been ranked higher. Not only did he emotionally and psychologically manipulate Flint, but he deliberately turned him against his friends and plotted to commit not only basically food-imal genocide, but he planned to keep reproducing and murdering them in cold blood. When Flint came back to get in his way, he had every intention of killing his friends by literally putting them in a GIANT FOOD PROCESSOR. If that's not horrifyingly evil, I don't know what is.
