Ratigan would get a further two death sentences: 1. for high treason (plotting to overthrow the monarchy. Anytime someone makes a plot against the government, regardless if successful or not, they can be charged with high treason). 2. Mass murder ("all the widows and orphans you've drowned", lyrics by his minions in his villain song. Pretty sure they wouldn't lie, especially because of his murderous tendencies shown throughout the movie and the fact that everyone "praises" him out of fear of stepping out of line and becoming cat chow.)

In my school vr game, Lady Tramaine time manipulation pisses of 3 (technically 285) people (the Temporal Voyager, Bunnex and the Time Correction Athority) off which during the Lionheart cutseen (which was the last time Exogon is working for Lucifer Morningstar as his right hand man after Mr Morningstar himself found out that Goalius is a very kindhearted and generous person) she basically splitted Goalius life crystal in half after throwing the wand into Goalius core chamber which basically means she gets a attempted Regicide and a destruction of property charge (at the time Goalius family name is diminished abit but due to the status Triadians any killing of a Triadian is Regicide)

Medusa - reckless use of firearms, is her houseboat up to code? it looks half-sunk, squatting - I mean, I doubt her houseboat is parked in a legal area, multiple accounts of child abuse/endangerment for sending Penny down the black hole several times. Tremaine - either she or her daughters would also have to pay for the damaged dress, she herself would definitely have to pay for the broken glass slipper both times she broke it. Edgar - are his drugging/catnapping/animal abuse charges tallied per cat?, trespassing on the farm where the two dogs are.

I'm a lawyer for these villains(that I could save) and all I could say is ratigan is now to be saved as he had died from the fall of big ben. For Madame Medusa, what I see is a woman who wanted a come up, she had to live in poverty and a swamp to find a diamond that hard to reach, for the reckless driving, I see its more to the city to having a bad neighborhood, litter all over, and a unfinished construction that had to many things to hurt people, she was reckless but not by anything but the mess left around(ain't no way anyone could've done a 180 that quick if the street were covered in slump or grease) $1,500 and a suspension of her license. For the kidnapping charge, people say kidnapping, I say adopted, and if she were to kidnap they government would have try to trace her, yet it took two mouses to save her? 2-3 years. for Exotic pets, it's ways vary to state to state but being she had two gators on Louisiana is not illegal but legal to have, plus since it's set in '77 it wasn't illegal so drop the charge, same for the fireworks since they only made that law years later and mainly because it was the few ways for her to communicate with her snoops, For reckless endangerment is tricky since people are afraid of mice and rats and there wasn't anything for her to use to kill the mice(rat trap, poison, etc.) but would get 2 years since snoops would not charge her. Coerion would still be play along with child endangerment, adding 5 years and a felony. for the assault charge, I also wished for it to be added, Leaving medusa to have to pay $1,500 with suspension of her license, 10 years in prison(another year or two depend kidnap charges.) Lady Tremaine was just a poor woman who was played by Cinderella's Father. Just like tremaine, he only married for money and status, and when cinderella was young, he had told her to not called her "mother" and that he only loves her and her mother and not tremaine, that could hurt someone when in a marriage, especially with children from another marriage. As though it's off and cruel to mistreat a stepchild, she did it not out of jealousy but from how she was treated by her father, and took it out on her seeing how she reminds her of her mother, someone that cinderella's father only loves. For the child abuse, it was shown in a research that cinderella was 19 years old, in there time, 1679 in France, the legal adult age is 18-21, she is not longer a child therefore can't have the charges. for the second charge of abuse, again, 19 years old and is at legal age of adulthood, AND she did do or touch her other than the pearls, which were taken from drizzela from cinderella's mice(her entire dress was made by stolen items from the sisters). for the false imprisonment, I would say to add as a first charge as it could be a fire hazard and against her will without reasoning, 4 years. lying to authorities would be added as well since it was ordered, add 5 years and the fine of $250k. for the assault charge, it can be seen as it or the slipper holders fault since he nearly broke it twice and this would be his third time, add 1 month. (part 2) AGAIN, not child abuse since the sisters are all adults and same age as cinderella, it's also normal in that time to have marry to someone with status than to marry to common(baker, handmaid, blacksmith, etc.) (part 3)for the neglect charges, no one would not noticed because no one besides the three and cinderella knows anything of her, nothing add but maybe just 5 years as accessory of Anatasia's action. since they went back in time, the charges of lying to authority and the assault of the shoe holder are drop since she changed the timeline, getting rid of the 5 years and $250k fine. for tampering, no one will suspect it because for one this means there are two slippers that look the same but are different sizes, with one being broken and with no one around it's her word against the mother and sisters, charges undetermined. for the brainwashing, it just goes for show how shitty the prince was to not only did asked to find a woman with blonde her, but just decided to go with the slipper, plus no one would know it at all since like I said, no one knows about the magic but cinderella, the step-family and mices. evasion of arrest is given, Add a year. Id fraud is given but with the other charges from 12:35 to 12:37 what she did would've been what it made away from her, at all she could've of ended her out of the country or someplace else, everything but kidnapping goes and add a year. for the AM, I give that to hear, add life sentence. for the mutilation charges, it doesn't count since neither of the guards or her were harmed, just turned to animals which godmother fixed when freed. Leaving Lady Tremaine a life sentence plus 7 years and a month in prison. Edgar is just a mad who been working for the lady for decades, only for her to leave all of her things, house and money, to her cats. anyone would've been annoyed and broken for the hard work they did go unnoticed and given to an animal who doesn't need it at all. but He did the deed and wouldn't be helped by me. Madam mim lives in a world were witches and wizards co-exist, if she had to get a death sentence so would merlin as he too involved with "witchcraft", for attempted murder, it's somewhat justified since Arthur did went inside her home without permission and begin make a bad impression(calling her ugly and such) along with merlin who just barges in, Atempt muder and assault is dropped but would add a 10 years for such them, for the illegal haircut, it was a wizard duel so anything but what she said(and broken) are all fine and legal their battling. Madam Mim would only get 10 years but with merlin and arthur, a life sentence for attempted murder, breaking and entering, emotional abuse, reckless endangerment(for becoming a germ to get her sick) destruction of property(breaking her roof to give her sunlight), and with a restraining order to be away from her.

Objection! Ratigan actually had 2 Death Sentences as displayed on video, so falling from the Big Ben would only take away 1 of those Death Sentences at most. So him being sentenced to death would still stand. As for Mim, while the assertion of Arthur’s trespassing is true, she had no reason to believe her life was in danger, so she cannot claim self-defense in any case where she is attempting to kill someone. This means that instead of a death sentence, she would receive a life sentence. If this happened after Arthur got crowned king however, the death sentence would have remained because any attempt on Arthur would have now been attempted regicide. Edgar would also get no help from me. In fact, I would say he should have had a harsher sentence because he did try to tamper with evidence of his crimes. Evidence for this happens when he went to go retrieve his hat and side car.

If we’re able to suggest villains/heros to charge on this channel (I wouldn’t know, I’m new) I have an individual and a group to suggest! 1: Varian from Tangled the Series/Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure. He was technically a villain for the second half of the first season and a villain at the beginning of the third one. Even though he was thrown in jail for a little bit and technically pardoned in the third season, I’d like to see what he’d actually be charged with, if he wasn’t pardoned/technically 14/15 years old in the show. 2: The Separatists of Saporia (or just Andrew) also from Tangled the Series/Rapunzel’s Tangled adventure. There were some interesting crimes that he committed and I think it’d be cool if he was punished accordingly. (These are just suggestions that I’d like to see if you haven’t done them already!)
