I personally find that Bon is literally one of the most unsettling things I've seen so far. Animatronics in his style genuinely unsettle me so much which is rare. The proportions are just slightly off. His legs are slightly too short, the torso slightly too long, teeth just a little bit too big. The voice is cheering but with a malicious undertone. It's a peek horror character in my opinion. I wouldn't go near him tho lmao

One thing I like to use to make bendable fingers / joints is interlocking plastic armature. They work a lot like the octopus phone stand you used, but you have full control over the length, they come in different diameters, and you can even 3D print support brackets and mounting plates to connect to them. Just wanted to pass that along as it was a game-changer for me. Stay Wicked!

Loren very much reminds me of my younger sister who is also 12. We're quite apart in age, but her humor and love of horror and understanding of how things work were so similar to him, that watching any clip of Loren immediately really connected with me. In my eyes, he was basically jumping up and down. You could tell he was floored, particularly when you showed him the voice lines made for him ☺ As someone with chronic pain myself, the energy we put out is just different. Being in pain all the time or feeling sick all the time means we usually express things differently; oftentimes being more reserved. This is so great. As someone that has a degenerative disorder and suffers from chronic illness and severe pain I had a smile on my face throughout the whole video. Chronic illness is not only physically debilitating but it’s also draining and taxing on your mental health, making everyday life a struggle. When a child suffers from chronic illness it hits extra hard. I hope this young man has a long life full of blessings and happiness. Loren comes across as such an intelligent, articulate, sweetheart of a kid! As someone who’s also got a rather reserved personality, he WAS showing lots of feelings! The fact that he gave you what was practically an itemized list of everything he admired about your craftsmanship, and the fact that he took such obvious care to make his compliments substantive and meaningful, is an expression of affection that takes a lot of brainpower to do. The fact that he almost teared up seeing real life Bon giving him compliments was magical to see.
