This one trade per day is exactly what made me profitable, and what I teach through my channel. I believe it's for other reasons though. When you win your first trade, you get overconfident and take trades not exactly to your plan, and if you lose the first trade, you are a victim of easy revenge trading. And by taking 1 trade per day you are more selective with the trade you take.

I've learned all i needed to learn from KZbin Raja!! And I've only been trading for a little over a year! Your simple advice of slowing down and taking 1 to 2 trades a day helped out a lot! Plus losing many challenges and having you give me a wake up call by saying it's stupid to be doing that when I don't even have a proven record. It saves you from getting too emotional. It about psychology. Ten trades a day stresses the mind and over fills dopamine levels. I think you'd do well to study trading psychology and I think you'll find that there's more traders doing 1 to 3 trades max on any given day.
