Wide Angle Wet Lens and Setup for Underwater Photography and Video

I'm just getting into UW photography and I was just wondering, is it possible to shoot some good WA pics without a WA lens?

8 months later: No. You will need a wide angle or wide fisheye lens to shoot wide angle. Either using a wide camera lens with a port that won't cause vignetting, or by using a wide wet lens with a sufficiently wide camera lens (some kit lenses go down to 12mm which can be considered wide). Ports suitable for wide angle are typically dome ports, wide angle extension ports or fisheye dome ports (smaller than your standard dome port and a large dome port can often do the job).

Hey mate can you attatch this then when you get to sea bed "burp" it then quickly reattach it? I have the tg6 and pt 059 housing😊
