Nice work! A dremel with a tungsten burr bit might have saved you a ton of time for making adjustments on the fender holes for the new bolt angles

Hi just looking at your technique with the paint.which is awesome by the way...I thought what if you used the clay that children play with.If you placed it in the general area where the bolt head would mate with the flare it would make an impression in the clay...That should save time.. and the clay would give you the option to make any corrections a lot easier by just flattening it out and pressing it against the bolt head again... Just an idea 💡....
