Actually, it's about different cultures. In Chinese culture, many Chinese especially senior citizens don't think take a picture of someone in a public place rather than private place is a big deal or in other words is a behaviour that should be called bad. In my opinion, as you were in China not in your country, it's better for you to get used to some Chinese custom that may not be the same as your social custom. In a similar way, when Chinese people travel abroad, they should also obey, accept and respect the culture and custom of that country that are different even opposite from their own culture. That is fairness and mutual respect.

Interesting insight! Although I have also met senior citizens in China that did not like being on camera so i'm not sure this is true for all Chinese citizens

@@IsabelleMuzerie It is just culture thing, you talk a lot in your video about this seems that you are not that open to other cultures..maybe stay at home is more suitable for you ...
