0:00 AND you're opening this video by demonstrating how not to hold this camera with your fingers in the frame. :) 1:02 THERE you go! That's the way. :) Your model looks gorgeous. I have a F6B that doesn't look nearly as good. Interesting that the shutter speeds are slightly different. Mine are 1/15, 1/250 and 1/125.

@@thedarkslide haha yeah, the first shot didn’t have any film in it and the next one did :) And thanks! It was a lot of fun to shoot on. Definitely interesting they switched up the shutter speeds. Not too sure why.

One creative feature that you can only get with a rotating lens camera is stretching or compressing moving objects (Passing cars, bicycle), or even completely distorting them (dancers)

hey matt, a little bit of an unrelated question, but how would describe your experience with the yc onion pineta peak tripod after having it for a few months in maui?
@WakeUpMatt4 ай бұрын
Hey Brandon! I really like it! It’s sturdy, light, and super quick to set up. I’d recommend it for sure. The only downside to it has been that I wish it had a better fluid video head. But for 90% of what I shoot on a tripod, it’s perfect.

@@WakeUpMatt Im glad to hear that tysm! Ive had my eye on it for a while and it seems that down the line id also replace the fluid head and pair it with something like the Sirui SVH 15 Fluid Head

Thanks for watching! Let me know if you have any questions about the Widelux!

I have been using the Widelux F8 recently but am exp3riencing some issues with the spacing of the frames. It seems every shot is spaced apart by the same distance as a widelux frame (i.e. there is a blank frame between each shot). Could that be due to someone having changed the shutter speed before winding the camera? Does anyone with experience of the Widelux know what could be the problem here? Thank you.
