I had to laugh at myself. When you pulled out the bag of fries and they spilled, I really said out loud "f**king night shift!!" 😂 I've worked on a lot of flattops in my life and most of them have the garbage chute set horizontally. Your grill is set up with vertical chutes and it's so much better. I know that's a simple thing but it makes a difference when your rushed.
