I had to laugh at myself. When you pulled out the bag of fries and they spilled, I really said out loud "f**king night shift!!" 😂 I've worked on a lot of flattops in my life and most of them have the garbage chute set horizontally. Your grill is set up with vertical chutes and it's so much better. I know that's a simple thing but it makes a difference when your rushed. I do have to say there’s a little bug cross contamination with the cutting boards and the spatulas. You should keep three, maybe 4. Two for the grill, two for the griddle. Your cutting boards should be veggie one side and meat the other.
