You are absolutely correct. He is excellent at turning out the food. His food quality, however, is inconsistent and sometimes mediocre. He weigh, overcooks his eggs, he really doesn’t scramble his scrambled eggs, he puts cold cheese from that cooler directly onto an omelette or into a burrito without giving it a chance to melt or even warmup. He does know bad looking tomato slice when he sees one and I appreciate that, and it’s not an easy job as you say. I don’t think he has been to culinary school, but he is very very very good at turning out the orders. I would hire him in a minute, and just train him about some finer points.

Was just telling my husband last night that “this guy has skills” you make it look so easy. And you do it all by yourself chopping fresh ingredients and everything is cooked to order. I think you have mad skills!
@supremester27 ай бұрын
He’s very fast and efficient, and that club sandwich looked delicious! But really overcook his eggs and the bacon is cold! And he doesn’t melt the cheese in omelettes…… that sausage, egg sandwich, and he left the sausages whole? They should’ve been chopped up so they would stay in one place in the mayonnaise. He couldn’t even cut it in half without some of it falling out. How would somebody supposed to eat it?. he is so fast and steady, he really cranks out the food…… But if he went to any any cooking school, his egg orders would look completely different. Still, how wonderful to know that 44,000 people are watching you work…… That’s truly amazing. I worked in a kitchen, and I don’t think anybody would ever have watched me. He doesn’t appear to ever get rattled. If he’s got a lot of orders up, he still moves at a wonderful paceand seems calm and collected. I would hire him in a minute.

Fresh raw egg from an intact egg is fine in and of itself world wide. The risk is salmonella (which makes one sick) being present on the egg shell which may or may not come into contact with the raw egg when cracked. Hence the caution with eating raw egg.
