WWoT has had considerably better weather to film train action this February than last year. It's been windy and cold but far less snow. NS 309 was moving pretty slow and probably had a heavy load. Good thing the train didn't have to go up a grade as it likely would have stalled. Still haven't seen the WWoT car and we have seen about every other black gondola in NY and adjacent states.
