Spoiler . . . . . . . . Splinter was one of the best WIDM contestants ever. He had that perfect mix of being unique, into the game, but mysterious enough that you thought he could be the mole. If they do another All Stars season, he should definitely be in it.

Thank you! :) After this episode, i'm even more confused than in the whole season. The Mole is either Rocky or Rene. I have the impression that they did not take advantage of the possibility of sabotage, so I have doubts as to how one of them can be the Mole when they earned a lot of money. It is hard for me to find sabotages with them.

SPOILER / IS THIS A CLUE : Has anyone else spotted this clue in the titles? All candidates clearly face the front of the screen when their name appears. When Charlotte appears, she is the only one who does not stop and clearly face the front of the screen, she is also slightly hidden behind some trees. It is like she is trying to hide her identity in the titles - a clue to the fact she might be the mole?

Spoilers: . . . . . . I'm surprised so many people are on Charlotte. It's definitely making me think. She seems far to genuine of a candidate. I've been on Rocky since episode three. I think it's especially telling when three people play 2-3 jokers apiece and the one person who didn't have any jokers still gets through to the finale. I hope Renee wins just because Charlotte has now taken $7,000 away from the pot (although that last $2,000 was entirely Splinter's fault for being too tight-lipped). But yeah, Rocky is my mole. I still go back to things like her thinking taking a picture of grass would tell the others it was a representation of her.

The people who are on charlotte are falling for the editing trick this show does every year. They show all of her mistakes and that pushes people towards her. If she was the mol they already showed all of her mole actions. It's unbelievable that people still think it's her.

Thank you, Marieke, for all of your hard work!!! Spoilers: I'm now sure, more than ever, that The Mole has to be either Renee or Charlotte. Charlotte might be too obvious, and Renee can sort of hide behind her age to mask the sabotages. I'm leaning more towards Renee at this moment. Especially after what she did at the wheel with Splinter and what she told the other ladies about it after the execution.

Renee is very suspicious but if she's the mole I'm surprised Splinter had to go while Charlotte hasn't even picked a mole yet. Even if she ended up going fully for Renee it's hard to believe she had more info on her than Splinter.

​@@jaskiers8951 I think Splinter mentioned that he still split between Renée and Rocky this late in the game, which would allow the possibility that Charlotte had more right answers just by fully going for Renée I also just remembered that Marije claimed to have gone for Charlotte in the episode she got executed, so that makes Charlotte less of a suspect. Since Splinter was the only person who seemed to have set aside questions for Rocky that round, it doesn't seem like Rocky is the Mole either, unless Splinter was just very unlucky I think I started considering Renée when a Dutch friend of mine pointed out that in the first episode when Remco and Florentijn were sorting out the sentences that each contestant said on whether they were willing to be the Mole, the phrasing for the sentences on the board exactly matched Renée's phrasing in the sign they saw earlier. Everyone else's sentence was phrased differently

Spoiler . . . . . . Yeah, brain thinks it's Renee, but my heart tells it's Rocky. It's almost vulgar how the producers want us to thinks it's Renee - especially these last episodes and that would be too easy. Rocky had enough chances to mole well. Yet not as many as Renee. I will miss Splinter. Fun guy and great player. But the fact, that he went home with 2 jokers voting for Renee may mean that he was absolutely wrong. Then it was between him and Charlote - since Renee votes for Rocky - and they both had equal chances with 2 jokers. Perhaps Renee may surprise everyone and win. Also, hats off to Charlote for stealing 7k out of the pot. Iconic.

I don't think the mole can win the final, the winner is just the candidate with the most right questions even if they had the wrong mole. It'll definetely be interesting to see if someone will suspect Rocky in the final though

I want to say "I warned you" but I'm by no means certain of my suspect either, and I don't want to risk hubris here. :) I think Splinter went 100% for Renee, and so it'll be down to whichever of Charlotte and Renee realise that it's actually Rocky. If I'm wrong and it's Renee, as the other candidates seem to think... all I can say is that there's a few challenges where I've thought "She's acting 100% like a candidate and not doing what the Mole would do" and that includes the wheel challenge this episode. And if it's Charlotte, I can't even begin to explain the last two eliminations, or how Rocky managed to survive with zero bonuses despite claiming to have voted 100% for Renee. Honestly I thought Charlotte was dead in the water this episode, especially when she hit the -E2000 on the wheel instead of a joker or something.

I don’t see Renee as the Mole, because why would they keep Rocky in the cut with „My Mole is Renee“ It has to be Rocky. But Charlotte was very suspicious this Episode and Episodes before that. Can’t wait for the Final and Reveal.

SPOILER . . . . . . . Even though I'm full on Charlotte as the mole, I don't know if Rik was hinting towards Rocky being the mole at the execution. When checking the screen for Charlotte and Renee, he congratulated them for being finalist one and two. When checking the screen for Splinter and Rocky, he didn't congratulate Rocky being the third finalist because knowing that Rocky is the mole and would enter the finale not as a finalist but as the mole. But still, Charlotte is my mole.

More countries have their own version. For example ' de mol' is the original version, from Belgium. You also have 'qui est la taupe' from France. I think English speaking countries had it as well but can't remember the name of their versions

And once again Renee behaves like a candidate, not the Mole, having a prime opportunity to sabotage in the final task, and not doing it. I'm genuinely curious now because the other two seem fairly fixed on each other. Will Charlotte or Renee realise that it's Rocky? Assuming that it is, in fact, Rocky? Honestly I can't see how it could be either of the other two, but she's been unsuspected for so long this game. Splinter is the only one who thought it even might be her, but he was more on Renee than her, and now he's out...

If Rocky is the mole, then I don't understand how Remco went home in episode 1, because I see no chance he wasn't picking her on the test.

@@samnabuurs3121 Splinter's prime candidate was Renee. Rocky was his backup. My assumption is that he went fully on Renee because he knew the others were on Renee too, and he figured his jokers would keep him safe if it was Rocky. The problem being, Charlotte also had two jokers, and if they got the same score but she was faster, Splinter would be gone. Renee, with three jokers, was in the best position. ...At least that's how it could've gone down. Again, not even remotely certain about this! Renee was in the key position in the "tour guide" assignment and had the perfect opportunity to sabotage, yet they won the most money possible. She was one of several contestants who couldn't possibly have shot Florentijn, who definitely thought a contestant could've shot him but was more suspicious of Joshua. (Rocky was in prime position to do so.) I think the biggest problem with Rocky-as-Mole is the fact that she and her partner didn't choose to give the caver the money. But both of them were involved in that! Rocky was the one who would've known for certain that the other cavers hadn't planned this. So that's all I can think there. Renee is another Ruben. She's got everyone fooled despite herself.

Spoiler: . . . . . . . Charlotte screwed Renee over twice, and everyone else over once with that last game. If I was her as candidate, there'd be no doubt in my mind that Splinter was telling the truth and to spin again. He was blatantly obvious in what he was trying to convey to her. She's been the most molelike to me the entire game, but this could be one of those "the editing team is making both Renee and Charlotte sus, so it's actually Rocky" things again, like they did with Ruben in S18. Have to wait and see on the next episode. Also, shame about Splinter, a tunnelvision can blur the mind.

I completely agree with you. I think the editing played a huge role in which candidates look sus. I always try working out who de mole is by seeing who isn't made to look sus, because they try to hide who the mole is to make the show more interesting. I knew it wasn't Joshua because they made him look too sus. I agree, that if you look at it like that its probably Rocky. She hasn't done anything weird all season which gives her all the more reason to be the mole.

Charlotte can't be the mole because of the Ruben thing. All possible mole actions of her we could see in the episodes. I'm not falling for that again. Renee is also suspicious because we can see some big mistakes she made and her lies to the others. Rocky seems the perfect candidate who is on the right mole but because she's not suspicious at all in the episodes, she is to me. But the fact that charlotte and rocky are both on Renee...........makes me think it could still be renee.

@@dutchieq3059 , It's 100% Renée. The Mole doesn't always have to be 'the best'; Renée is suspicious, while she wasn't a few weeks ago. The game can change really quick, and you don't always have to think about the most common logic: It's someone who hasn't been suspicious throughout the whole season - Widm = nothing is what It looks like. - So, that doesn't mean, It can't be the opposite; nothing is what It looks like, you can also interpretate as the other way around: sometimes, It IS what It looks like.

If you look to executions then Charlotte didnt have a clear mole until this episode. I think we have a mole who’s way to obvious this year. Like a female version of Jan , but Charlotte does it so horrible if she’s the mole. I feel like the editors want us to guide us towards renee as de mole. I really hope rocky is the mole , but I think it’s Charlotte and renee is right About and she knew it right away after marije left. I find Charlotte the worst candidate ever. So selfish I mean she kept lying everywhere anywhere.

Gutted that Splinter has gone, he was one of my favs and also the only one I could say with 100% certainty that he wasn't the mole so having him in the final would have narrowed it down to just 2 options. I've thought for a while that he stood a pretty good chance of winning too! I've been in a Rocky tunnel since the first episode but there's just something niggling me in my gut after watching this episode saying that it's not her. I just don't think that the mole would be so honest about giving another player 2 jokers in that final task because surely the mole wouldn't want to bias the test that decides the finalists in favour of one candidate over another? But if Charlotte is the mole then she didn't start sabotaging until halfway through the season and as much as Renee has sabotaged, she's also won more money than the others and missed some really obvious chances to mole, which leads me right back to Rocky again. I really don't know, fair play to whoever it is because they're keeping me guessing right until the very end!

Speculation and minor spoiler After this episode, Charlotte better be the mole or she is by far one of the worst contestants ever. I'm having a hard time remembering if she's even brought money in to the pot. She can't shut up during the flight when she's supposed to be relaying information, she's told she landed on a bad option for the group and just goes "Yes, I want that" and then has the gall to take 2 jokers.
