The Wiener Schnitzel recipe is one of my favorite kinds of schnitzel!
Imagine a beautiful clear sky day. You are on the peak of a freshly powdered snow mountain in Austria. You look around, and all you see is pure white scenery. You slowly make your way down the slopes. Your feet feel the smoothness of the fresh snow. You breathe in this delightful fresh air, filling your body and soul with energy. You return to the village and enter the closest pub, which offers the best view of all this goodness you have just experienced. Warm, chill music plays in the background while you order. You are happy; it's nice and cozy. While staring outside the window, your meal is being served. You slice a piece. It is so tender, succulent, and delightful that it embodies all you have experienced on the mountain.

Tips:
Start the frying at the right temperature (170c) to gain the perfect crust
I use veal, rump/sirloin cut for this recipe
