I remember when I was 13 and showed my dad how to play Starcraft, he killed his own building by mistake and noticed just in time for it to blow up. Then later when he was joining 1v1 lobbies a korean guy said "sorry, you too low, boot out you" and he got booted from the lobby. the double click thing is a pain for me too tara! It's ok i refuse to do it and instead you can ctrl left click to select all units of the same type on screen. I thought that's how everyone did it cause double click rarely works for me. This is cool though,we've all been a rts noob and tried to teach a noob and went through this experience. It's not like learning other games,you didn't do bad!
