This dish is originated from Delhi ,India. First Butter chicken was made by chance with leftover tandoori chicken and tomato paste and some spices and butter ...but with the time so many improvisation happened and there so many recipes of butter chicken in India but all have very rich and extreme flavour that can make crazy to food lovers all over the world.
