You cannot defend against her and her family. Law is there but nobody cares. Entire judiciary is supporting her for money, bribe, lawyers never support men in all dvc cases. Even they will suggest to go for settlement. Magistrates are not ready to hear men's problem. Without enquiry, first question would be how much you can pay to her. According to judiciary men are just ATM machine and they don't care about what men going through. Because the entire judiciary is running on this money only. 60% of the cases are matrimony related cases only.
