Hi Tim, I have another brand i setup but it was a pain in the butt. I have the transmitter on the house and a receiver in the shop. Works great. The thing I love is the transmitter can also create a second network that beams wifi all over our backyard. So the transmitter essentially serves two purposes. Anyhow, I am wanting to get a more plug and play setup for our our lake cabin property. Do you know if the Adalov has the capability of acting as a wifi extender , in addition to the bridge? ( would set up on the computer interface) - We'd basically like to send a strong wifi signal so anyone out on the dock or on the front deck can get a strong signal in addition to the bridge going from the cabin to the shop there. Thanks for any advice!

Yes it does. Both units act as their own access point.
