LOVE both colors on you. After you shared your Broadway in Butternut with me, I had to purchase one. While I have to be careful with rooting, I am able to wear Butternut. I've been wanting to try Nutmeg. Broadway is such a great piece. Fun, comfortable. This review reminded me how great the Mane Attraction colors are. I really think there's a Broadway in nutmeg in my near future. 🤗

Never heard of Broadway and love the Apricot on you. I've worn other brands in large so assume they have my size. Thanks.

This color Looks Great 👍 on you!!!! I really like it but the bangs look too thick for me and I was wondering if you thought I could thin them out? Thanks
@heywigsister4 жыл бұрын
I bet you could... since they really sweep to the side I don't find them super thick, but I do think a little thinning would work great.

The bangs were super thick to me too...

It looks very good on you. I bought a Broadway after your reviews many moons ago.She looked terrible on me. Way too much hair for my small frame.On the other hand I love love Henry Margu wigs. Their caps are just like my favorite ones (Estetica )& Henry Margu has some of my favorite colors Nutmeg is one of the best colors ever!I’m A Hollywood kinda girl I have 3 of them in 3 different colors.

Isn't it amazing how a wig one person loves is not for another? That is what can make this journey so expensive... all that trial and error until you learn those things :). I loved Hollywood as well, but passed her on since I rarely wear long wigs. I do keep a few around just in case, but really don't need more than just a few (and I chose to keep Henry Margu Harper instead of Hollywood 💕

Denise Sheets I sold my one broadway but to be real ,,,it was the color pecan & it looked gray on me ,,,cause I’m a warm toned girl,,, one day I may need to try a Harper. I do love HM caps they are like esteticas nice & roomy. I love the fit with my wig grip. I don’t have lots of wigs like some do. I counted the other day & I have 25. Lol 😂 ( and that really is not many to me) I wear all of them.

Hi Denise🤗Great info! My Mane Attraction Hollywood has gotten crunchy/dry on the ends. How should I treat her to get her back to wearable? Wash? Silicon spray? Help!
@heywigsister4 жыл бұрын
Let's see.... I think you may need to try a few things... if it has been awhile since you have washed her I would give that a try. And while she is drying, I would put some Simply Stylin' Silk Serum on the ends (not the spray version) amzn.to/2IrTIX7. If that doesn't work, you may have to use steam, but that will be tricky because she is curly and steam will impact the curl. Do you have a hot air brush? If you get the ends damp and then use the hot air brush that may actually be the ticket. I haven't tried it, but I watch so many videos and talk to so many people, if it were me that is what I would try. I do have this one based on the recommendation of AT LEAST 30 wig sisters, but haven't used it yet. amzn.to/2BBqftl

Denise Sheets Thanks Denise! Yes I have the hot air brush so that would be an option. Washing first❤️

How does it look if you clip the hair off the face? That's how I use to wear my bio hair. I'm looking for my first wig(s) and would like to style them similar to the way I use to wear my hair.
@heywigsister4 жыл бұрын
It is tough to clip off the face because she doesn't have a lace front and the bang is a bit too short to clip much over to the side.
@margrietsmit64 жыл бұрын
@@heywigsister thank you for replying. So, I should be looking for something with a lace front to be able to do that.

I * think * the apricot may be the same as my natural color (from my youth).

Very cute wig, lovely color, sadly I found out that I am addicted to heat friendly fibers, since I wear more the shorter styles I have no trouble with them and I love those fibers, I have a Julianne, the most expensive wig I got, since I am in canada that wig was really expensive and yet she is always passed on for the others not so expensive but they are heat friendly, love them and love almost no permateases, I thought that hand tie would have none and it's true but my Julianne has a ton of hair and very dense, it just drowns me, I will have to look for more HF and low density, this is a cute wig, sadly not for me

Maria Barradas BelleTress has awesome heat friendly, low density wigs
@heywigsister4 жыл бұрын
I agree with Karen's comment, Belle Tress is a really great heat friendly line. I have a few reviews of Belle Tress wigs on here, and a few more that I will be releasing. I tend to gravitate toward their straight styles, though, because one of the challenges with heat friendly are the fibers not lasting as long. Steam works WONDERS on that issue, but will kill the curl so for now I stick with straight heat friendly styles as I learn how to work wit them. I agree with you on Julianne, I had one and didn't really like her so I sold her.

@@heywigsister Thanks Denise and Karen, I will have to check them, I have an Ignite from Jon Renau, no problems whatsoever until now but she is on the short side, fine for me, can't wear long wigs or curls, I have his detangler in case I need, so for now I am all set....no going out that much :(
