The team still needs time to gel. Once we gel, i can see us being a real force this season. To only lose 2-1 with a brand new squad in the first game at the Stadium Of Light which is one of the hardest away games to go to, thats great. Got Hull in the cup on Tuesday, then onto Rotherham at home 🔵⚪

Even on the highlights of the game on Sunderlands channel you can hear our fans, so dont make excuses saying you couldnt hear us because thats just BS 😂 It was picked up on the cameras which were in the home end.

Exactly. We were still lounder than the 37k home fans though. I expected Sunderland fans to be really loud but they didnt sing at all until they scored their 2nd and started winning.

Some Sunderland fans on twitter said they were really loud which baffles me. If that was really loud, then god help them 😂 But i think they were just saying that to make them sound better. Just felt like the atmosphere was so one sided. I do think their stadium is quality though. Was my first time going 👌
