I got the wii like 6 months after release. It was awesome and had a lot of fun. I completely missed out on the ps3, 360 cause I was a poor college kid. Since I had a wii and ps2 I played a lot of games from those consoles and it got me through some long boring times. Thank you wii.

I bought a used Wii two days ago, it’s supposed to get here tomorrow. I never owned any video game consoles when I was younger as we couldn’t afford them, but my cousin had a Wii and two Nintendo ds’s so I would play every time we went over to their house. The Wii was really fun my favorite games are Wii sports and mario cart.

I dusted off my Wii that I had since day one yesterday and it still works. I played Super Mario Galaxy and Super Paper Mario with my new 4k TV. That console was my last one before going handheld. Yeah.. I still have the 2DS XL, even the Gamecube, and my Switch Lite as well. In my opinion, it's still worth it, even til' now.

Thank you for an informative short video about history of Nintendo Wii. I'm finding this video cause one #MetroidPrime (I see another Metroid fan=cultured my 1st encounter with Samus was Prime Hunters and I literally just got Prime Trilogy weeks ago to play 1&2 2 was looking to find if anyone reviewed 4 in 1 dreamgear intercooler for Wii cause the back USB port it comes with is useless it does nothing=why? 3 cause I'm using it in 2020 cause like I mentioned earlier Prime Trilogy. I thought it was time to revisit my Wii as it's a console that I said I would sell but literally never made any effort to do so vs other items I actually made efforts to sell (things like PS4 and Xbox 1 interestingly enough) same with DSi and yes even Gameboy Advance SP. But saying all of this also unlocks my frustration with Nintendo that has to come in another comment. An essay really.

You know you can actually play online still on the Wii to this day,Hackers before Nintendo Wifi shut down got the Wifi code and stored it on there computers,its called WiiMifii and there is another one called Riiconecct 24 which let's you use the weather channel,news channel and check mik out channel again all private servers hackers have got the Wii servers back online pretty much but the most games people play online on Wii are CallOfDuty and Mario Kart,just absolutely love the Wii though its such a great system ^_^
