I have never heard of Wilco until I met my first love. He would sign their songs in the car, even though he was shy of singing in front of people. I was learning to speak English at the time, so I couldn't grasp the full meaning of the lyrics. 14 years later, Wilco's songs brings me comfort after my love and friend passed away in an avalanche. It is hard to get tired of listening to them over and over again when the lyrics and the guitar sounds are so perfectly matched to the feelings. RIP Tony

I’m so sorry. My son introduced me to Wilco and he has since passed. I got Jeff Tweedy to dedicate a song. Impossible Germany and then a whole concert to my son Easter Sunday Providence RI 2010. Blessings and hugs to you.

My dear friend who passed away 2 years ago turned me on to Wilco. I totally get why he was such a fan. Before he passed i drove us to Austin to see Wilco for the first time. I wish he had enjoyed it more that night. It was only later we discovered he had stage 4 cancer. One of the few pleasures I have is listening to Wilco and think of our life-long friendship of 33 years.

Albums 2-4 are by far the best. Jeff had a nasal surgery around 2005 and it changed the tone of his voice. I haven't enjoyed the sound of it nearly as much ever since.

its a hard rock live from '97. they did a set then Roger Mcguinn came out and Wilco was his backing band. Performing So You Want to Be a Rock 'n' Roll Star & Mr. Spaceman together. had a VHS that vanished around Y2K. Awesome to have this performance but have always searched for the entire show.
