you see so many captive ones with high verbal abilities, reasoning etc. Always wondered what they would be like in the wild;all the mischief with that intelligence

This video is flawless.😢 I wish my girl could experience that.. flying across the equator daily over elephants. We are rehabbing her she was given to our vet clinic after her owner died. 😢 she is a good girl and laid 3 eggs a month after we adopted her

Its beautiful seeing these amazing birds free in the wild. This is where they all belong, rather than in cages as pets

In theory I agree. However, African Greys who are from a multigenerational, bred in captivity, lineage have very stunted natural instincts. Sending them back to the wild would be nothing less than a death sentence. I know it would be for my Grey.

As someone who owns a very aggressive grey, seeing 100+ of them would absolutely terrify me. It only take one of them to bite out your eye or remove a finger, I couldn’t imagine getting attacked by a whole flock

Why is it aggressive? They wouldn't attack in the wild!

@@ChoctawNawtic4 Idk he just doesn't like people that much. He's cool with my mom and lets me hand feed him peanuts and stuff, but he's a dic overall. My female yellow nape is a sweetheart. When she gets excited from showers or the vacuum she can get nippy, but overall she's just a perch potato and I kinda just know not to pick her up or pet her if her tail is fanned out and her eyes are dialating a ton haha Also I know they wouldn't just attack people in the wild, just the thought is scary. Alfred Hitchcock's movie was bad enough, imagine replacing crows and seagulls with parrots... WAY more deadly
