Was mowing the grass when i saw this baby hare hopping in front of me, so i grabbed my camera and jumped out the tractor to move it to to a safe place

Judging by the grass looked like they were trying to mow it. (Also read description to confirm that) And to all you people who say he should've left it alone. Alone to get mowed over? And saying they should've handled it more carefully. Well I owned some rabbits I try to carry them carefully but they always ether slipped away or bite me THEN slipped away.

To everyone saying the bunny would’ve gotten mowed: 100% true, I’ve seen it happen. If you know the animal is there, do your very best to get it away from your heavy machinery. Something like a nest of baby bunnies, which was my experience, don’t have the sense or motor skills to run. Luckily, this baby was a little bigger, but he was going to try hiding there until he got ran over.

Crafty Bomb Yes bunnies are more prone to heart attacks and dying of shock by a small margin. Just because it can happen doesn’t mean it will. You said “probably” when in actuality it’s very rare. If bunnies died every time they were scared they would be extinct or endangered. As prey animals they are always scared for their life.
@craftybomb8233 жыл бұрын
Boss Nad yeah I know but that noise can be a sign that they are scared or they are screaming for another bunny to come. But maybe that wasn't a scream maybe when he tried to pick the bunny up he just hurt it maybe baca use the bunny only maid the noise once because usually when you try to pick up a bunny and they think they are in danger they make the notice more then once. So I don't know maybe that's what's going on.

I visited a farm that raised rabbits as part of their stock - they weren't socialized with humans. The trick to handling them safely and without stress was to cover their eyes and hold them such that their feet are supported and ideally that they're pressed up against you, almost like swaddling a baby. Otherwise the little fellas are liable to break something or have their hearts explode.

Disliked at first, thinking that hare is gonna be traumatized, but swapped it with a like since it's still better than dying a gruesome death by the mower. Thank you for saving it :3.
