Been stupidly busy, and was also sick myself, so it's taken a while to get to watch this. At least its still here. Another good video Andy. I must say though, as much as I like the sunshine, I hate working in actually warm weather. Much prefer working to keep myself warm in the cold

Another great video, Andy. I'm rather surprised that you didn't use cordage to make a slightly more comfortable chair seat, though perhaps it's not quite the right time to be able to make some cordage just yet. Get well soon! Wow, that light was truly bright on it's brightest setting. Take care...

For some people, spring and summer is a deliverance from the cold winter months. But for me it's the start of bug, sweat and sunburns seasons. Over the years, for some reasons, I've developed a repulsion for bugs, and for as long as I can remember, I've always hated sunny days and hot weather in general. Can you tell I'm a winter person ? :D Luckyly for me, the worst part of summer only lasts 3 or 4 weeks here in eastern Canada. But, enough complaints :) Another great video. I just love your channel. I don't remember how I found it, but I'm glad I did. It took me a few weeks, but I've managed to watch all your videos now and I didn't find any boring ones or uninteresting ones. And now, when a new Kent Survival video pops up in my subscriptions list, I always keep it for last. And by the way, I'm shocked to hear that the boot remover video didn't get more views... It was brilliant :-D Keep up the good work. Cheers !
@KentSurvival6 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your support :) Id say Autumn is my favourite, not too cold but appreciate a fire and usually not too wet (like spring usually is) I think you guys get the bugs a lot worse than I do in southern UK, I can imagine its pretty bad.
@MusicalBox6 жыл бұрын
I don't know, I think we have more or less the same insects you have in the UK. I just don't like to be with bugs :)

Something tells me that headlamp is going to be a winner. Really like that auger set up and chair. I went the lazy route and built the 3 legged other style you mentioned. Piece of nylon and a pocket sewn at each end for the cross stick. Surprisingly comfortable. Kind of a cross between a chair and a hammock. Hope ya feel back to normal soon. Cheers.

How do you keep your eggs and meat cold over night?
@KentSurvival5 жыл бұрын
eggs (in the UK) don't need refrigeration as they are left with the natural oils on, usually the temp is below that of a fridge anyway but if its hot ill sometimes freeze meat so that it thaws throughout the day until ready or use cured meats and avoid chicken. thanks for watching.
