I have no idea when it comes to Welsh pronunciation so they're probably all wrong ! I see you just made good use of a shelter , they're great for cooking and socialising eh . Happy birthday . - Austin + Lucy

Wow! Cool to see you out with Scott. What an amazing place. Liked Marley's coat!!

Hi David, it was a brilliant overnighter and made all the better with great company . Well spotted with Marleys coat . It's made by Weatherbeeta , a horse rug and coat company . As Lucy used to train at Newmarket Jockey school she had to have it for him . He's got more coats than me now!

Hi both, now that must be the most gorgeous shot of Marley I've seen at 3.20. She was loving it and no doubt the way she looked you felt inside. So good to be back out. Freeeedom! Nice to be in the Bothy away from the wind that was giving you a shellacking later. Mind you what a place you were pitched...couldn't get more dramatic. Well great shot at the end there of a good time had - a pub and peacocks. Brilliant! Have a great weekend both. very much enjoyed. Mark. P.S I'll pop over and reply to your appreciated comment on our video. Cheers all.....checking out Scott!

Hi Mark , it was one of those perfect trips . Even the mist on the first day added to the atmosphere rather than masking the views. Waking up to the view at the lake was spectacular and good to share it with a new friend . Enjoy the weekend .Austin + Lucy

2 Feet Forward Your right there Austin and Lucy mist is magical...love it. Some would say not...well a lot of people but they just don't see. Peace. Mark.

Thank you Damian.It’s a good one this . It’s a good walk this way but there is a much nearer car park if you’re going mainly for the camp .👍

@@2FeetForward I was planning of parking at Storrey arms and then walking up to Corn Du and Penn y Fan and then walking back on myself and dropping down to camp at the lake, then climb back up and head back to the storrey arms

One day we'll either have to arrange a camp together so I can show you correct pronunciation or I'm going to edit clips from your videos lol. Diolch yn fawr am rhanni. Dymuniadau gorau. Really want to camp here. Have you ever had any problems camping at the pub ? Xx
@2FeetForward5 жыл бұрын
We’ve never actually camped at the pub but it looks like a great base if you’re not wild camping and it’s a great little pub. If you camp at the lake then leave your pack out of sight and set up at dusk as there’s been a few visits by the warden lately 👍. Cheers. A+L.

3 mile an hour winds my arse !! ...hahahahaha.....I think this walk would suit me Austin....Pretty easy on the lungs & knees.
@2FeetForward6 жыл бұрын
Lol.There’s an easier way up to this that’s only a miles or so and with the shelter this is a great spot . The views from up top are stunning! Cheers A+L.

That shelter you stayed in, not officially listed as a bothie but can it still be used as such ??
@2FeetForward7 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately no , but i guess you could just take a chance, we just used it for socialising and cooking and slept in our tents .
@diabeetus50527 жыл бұрын
2 Feet Forward Sure, but I mean who would police it. If you arrived after nightfall and gone by early morning
@2FeetForward7 жыл бұрын
That's the key , up late ,down early . Just take a tent with you just incase as i know it has been policed lately but not after dark ( until winter) and no higher than the lake and someone might've beaten you to it anyway.
