Wild Camping in the Mourne Mountains || Slieve Meelbeg || 708m

Wild camping on slieve Meelbeg. 708m above sea level. First summit camp in a good while, it was good to be back in the Zephyros 1.
Conditions were good for the walk in but changed once we got the tents up. The fog rolled in and the temperature dropped but still great to be out!

Thanks Tom! Great to be back out on the summits. New tent getting ordered soon. The ground was really bad, I didn’t think it was that bad from memory but it clearly is.

Thanks Dave! The food was a brand called LYO expedition. I got them from base camp foods. Very tasty to be fair. It was just a brand I hadn’t tried before be would definitely get them again
