Well done again for talking openly about your mental health struggles. Let’s hope one day, talking about it, will be treated as normal as physical health issues.

These hiking trousers look the business mate….I followed advice from haze and got a pair of scruffs workman’s trousers, really hard wearing and have had them a year now and not a mark on them. I also have the jackal 2, great tent, haven’t had it in any mad weather yet but it’s served me well all around. You’re a top man for raising awareness around mental health, nature is one of the best cures out there. Good to see the subscribers rising too. Keep er lit mate, mark over in Belfast.

Cheers Mark and much appreciate your kind comments. I have not looked at the Scruffs trousers before but i will now buddy. I believe the OEX Jackal II is one of the best all round tents out there especially for the money at the moment. You have some beautiful outdoor spots in NI pal.

Grate video 🏕. I bought a pair of the hot rock boots earlier this year they fell apart within a month they replaced them same thing happened again within a month. Such a shame they are good looking boots and very comfortable but really badly made
