Great stuff! Packrafting is a lot of fun. You can use rings on the front of the raft to attach a rope line and then fix your backpack with straps up with the top facing you. This way you'll have space for your feet. Then when you need portage with your raft you don't deflate it, but simply put your backpack up on your shoulders and walk with the raft on the top. Easy...😅

Nice one Dave - great to see another persons take on a trip .🙂 I felt bad looking at the first few minutes with the plastic bag in the way of the paddle. I should've made an effort before setting out to sort out some tie-downs but I just haven't used them in so long with the internal storage zip!

Don’t feel bad at all Feargus. I’m just so grateful that you lend us the rafts and gave us the guidance. Will live long in the memory 🙏🏻. ATB

Hey ho xx so one thing I'd like to say x I had this planned since last year well before they all did this. I've had my. Injury disabling me from hiking since April last year. We had this planned a long time as its something I could do. So we certainly arnt doing the whole copy thing. I don't even watch their channels. Very few. I've always wanted to kayak this loch and do this and also do the one below sulvien. So it's been in the agenda for a a long time. We also don't have them we borrowed them from Feargus x. So please don't think we are copying. First off any Scottish trips me and david do is all planned by me and all run by me. I don't watch anyone's KZbin videos ether that much . But Scottish KZbinrs which u do watch as I'm interested in the location . Certianly not the guys in England just cuz im not interested in England. And certainly am not doing the West highland way haha Ether haha. Too done. Too boring. And it's funny how tihis year they are all doing it u find thta very odd haha. I don't mean any harm here just replying xx Thnak you for watching :)
@TheSoloSummiteer7 ай бұрын
Haha. Cheers John. I know what you mean but I can assure you I ain’t following anyone. Feargus kindly offered to take us on this trip and lend us the pacrafts (at nearly £1000 each I can’t afford to buy my own). I took him up on his offer and we had a fantastic experience. Like I’ve said before, I don’t go out to make films of what others want to see on KZbin; I’ll leave that to the proper KZbinrs. I go out, do what I like, and film it. If people want to watch it that’s great. If they don’t that’s fine too. ATB
