Hello Sam. Thank you very much for commenting. Sorry for the slow reply. It's beautiful there. I camped on the Tarn (lake) The 2nd night campsite right at the start of the walk is £10 a car and £10 for a tent, basic there but good. Drinks machine for coffee etc, showers and toilet. I'll show it a week Saturday on my next video. Hope you make it there😁👋

Hello Paul. I loved it there. I got lucky with the weather. I found the walk okay. I walk quite often and was very keen and ready. The plunge pool was lush. I loved my bath there. Stayed in for 10 minutes. A bloke had been in the water an hour earlier, I asked him, what's it like? Ice he said😂 It wasn't though. Thanks mate🫡👋

Hiya pal. Sorry for the slow reply. I'm trying to catch up now. I loved it there. The pitch by the water was brilliant. So flat. I like my disco lights. It only tiny and weighs nothing really. It comes with a plug for at home or plug in a power bank. It was a scramble in places but it was okay. There's lots of ways up there. From different sides. I just picked the most popular one on alltrails. The 2nd nights I camped in a farmers field with a few youtubers. I'll stick that up in about 10 days. It's all done. To camp there it was £10 per car and £10 per tent. Toilet, showers basic but good. It's right at the beginning of the walk too. I'll go back in a few months and do Great Gable from there. I'll probably camp on the same tarn again for free. National trust toilets are at the start of the walk, very handy. Thanks for your supports. You always do and it means a lot to me. Thanks. I've had so much trouble with my comments disappearing but I've found a way to fix it.👋

@mapgirl70 Thank you for the comment 😊 I'm like a donkey, I'm pretty comfortable walking with weight, sometimes like the extra weight, then when I walk without a camera I feel like I'm flying😁 I will get a water filter soon, I'm picking up little things all the time. I drink a lot of water, so I carry too much water. A filter will save me lots of weight. I loved it up that way. I'll be back again in few months. I did 2 mountains the next day and the day after Cat Bells. Loved cat bells, it blew me away. I've done a short of that one. I'll share the full video of the two days Friday morning. Thank you Tori😁 The path was funny in places, little bit of climbing. I don't like dangerous walking though, that's not my thing. It was safe there👍 I've never seen clouds move as quickly as they were that day though. It was really cool. The veggie curry was good. I didn't noticed it wasn't meat. I will do similar veggie meal again. Yes mussels on the mountains 😂 I watch a lot of camping videos, they pretty much have a bag and pour hot water in sachets and eat. They are such a rip off and the most boring thing in the world to watch. I get it though, travel light. I don't travel light. The water in Lake District is special. I can't wait to go back. Morning Jamie WOW! What a stunning location and fab weather. Food once again looked very tasty Nice spot for dinner and a beer. Loved your disco lights in the tent. The hike up Scarfel looked a tough one but totally worth it for the view. Thank you my friend😁❤👋 I like cooking and love eating😂 I love going on my own. I've done walks in huge groups before, I like the quiet now. It's beautiful. I was at this area 3 days. The 2nd day I met up with a few youtubers and walked with them. We had a fun and laughed a lot at night over a fire. I didn't film the night with them, just the walk the next morning. I'll put it up soon enough. Thank you. Your work is very cool👌👏👏 It's beautiful❤👋

Thank you Claire❤️ Very kind. Oh boy it's beautiful there. I did other mountains, the water running there is so clear and clean. I took 3 lighters, left two in tent and thought the next day, I'll just take one. It didn’t work😂 I wasn't happy with it. Food and everything carried up the top, chair for nothing. I can't remember the names🤦🏻‍♂️😂 I'll put that up in 2 weeks and then last Monday morning I did Cat Bells. That was beautiful. Amazing views. Next time definitely Helvellyn and w others. Good morning Maia. I replied but put it as a comment to myself🤦🏻‍♂️😂 I'm good at doing that. It's a beautiful area. Mountains everywhere you look and the water is so clean, pure and clear. I loved it. Yes a long drive 300 miles and nearly 6 hours. It was worth it. I loved it. I have many layers, coats etc if it gets cold. In the sleeping bag it's cosy. I'm okay with cold water too. Soon the temperature will drop a lot on the mountains. Then it will be cold😁 I will be safe, I know what I'm doing. I will have the correct clothing and extra sleeping bag. I can't wait😂💪💪 Thank you❤️❤️👋

Hello Simon. You've been everywhere😂 Yes I agree like a mini Scotland. It's absolutely stunning there, the water blew me away. I can't wait to go back in a few months. My little disco lights were funny, I didn't keep them on long😂 Few local ones first and the Shropshire Hills. So sorry for the delay. On your next video you might see my comment with my photo and no videos, my name is on there and everything. I've watched yours and many others but 90% of the time my comment dissappears.
