I was a regular Broward Bond court watcher for years when the local paper live streamed it through their own KZbin channel. I have a great deal of respect for Hector Romero. He's often left with nothing to work with from some of these clients, but he rarely gets ruffled or angry. I certainly could never do his job.

My grandfather was an actual diplomat (Ambassador to Pakistan and Deputy Ambassador to S. Vietnam under LBJ) and I can say without hesitation that he never believed that the laws of this country never applied to him. He was a highly respected attorney and never pulled any fake diplomatic loophole of immunity from the law…here or anywhere. Jesus.🙄

"...if you understand that you are not a United States Citizen that taking a plea today shall subject you to deportation proceedings." I think every SovCit should have this shown to them in capital letters. Of course, they're going to plead innocent or refuse to take a plea, but the concept of them being deported is of course nonsensical. If the courts were to take them and their "not a US citizen" goofiness seriously, the courts should hang this over their heads and DEMAND that the SovCits explain exactly where their "country" is.

The defendant could be a diplomat because you can't really tell by looking at someone. My wife asked me this morning what f&%#ing planet I was from and did I rule that planet as king. I thought she knew I was an earthling but asking her get me a beer made her question my citizenship. Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe I would be exempt if I were from another planet and was a real life king. Plus, the court would have no jurisdiction. Using jurisdiction correctly in a sentence gives me 50 extra points. Where were the pups?

Is the defense attorney also moonlighting as a surgeon? If so, he must have been in a rush to get to this court case. So much so that he forgot to remove his blue head covering after he performed surgery. 🤔 🧐 Or is his hair actually purposely colored “Ceil Blue” which is the color of almost every pair of hospital supplied scrubs in the majority of hospitals in the USA. Most surgery department employees wear shoe and head coverings in the same blue color during surgery, and a patient who doesn’t have suitable clothes at time of discharge might be given A pair of ceil blue scrubs to wear home from the hospital, Hey now, just a minute. 🤔 WAIT!! ✋🏾 I’ve got it! 👍🏻 It’s a baby gender reveal. A non-fatality causing, non-explosive, California forest fire safe & Smokey the Bear approved, COVID-19 social distancing, gender reveal. 😴 💤

And, unlike the incorrect info floating around out there, many, but not all, rights protected by or granted by the Constitution apply to anyone in the US' jurisdiction, not just US citizens. Foreigners can't vote or run for office, but they are protected by most of the Bill of Rights for example. "All men are created equal." They meant that exactly as they wrote it.

State and Local laws have no Jurisdiction over International Treaties. Art 6 sec 2" Treaties are the Supreme Law of the land" which override State and Local jurisdiction. Moors are protected by Treaties: Treaties with US and Great Britain. United States must honor its Treaties obligations if it expect other Countries to do the same. The US courts are guilty of treaty violations

Is this how these frauditors are getting out of fines, civil lean?

He didn't get out of fines, he just don't have to pay right now. If he comes into any money over the next 20 years he has to pay. So if in 5 years he starts working he owes the court money.
