Judge Middleton was very kind here. The amount of patience and wisdom he tried to provide from the perspective of caring really shined here. It is sad that judges have to discuss this with people at times. He really hit the nail on the head when he said "you can accidentally get yourself in a lot of trouble here." It is the truth, most sovcits, to me, come from a place of confusion and frustration with the law. Then out naivety they seek advice to try to get a system they want. The internet preys on this and gives them junk advice which this leads them to exponentially worse punishments with no hope of defending themselves... As entertaining as some people find it. It is really hard for me to watch sometimes. :( I come from a very rural place in the US and the ignorance of how the law works is rampant there. The sovcit mindset is appealing in those areas because people just see the justice system as confusing, scary, and at times over bearing.

That caring lecture may be the first time someone kindly explained the ACTUAL law to him. Really nice people explain and affirm this sovereign business to him. Unkind people tell him he's a debunked moron. Knowing about the law and understanding everything is a balance it's a compact between the individual and society, I think if that ethic isn't inborn, it takes a long time to learn. It took me years to understand what my lawyer father was telling me about public policy and the police power;.

When the officer was on standby I'm saying very loudly "💩's going to hit me fan!" and my cat keeps giving me dirty looks. Lol. I love judge Middleton and judge Simpson.

You know that clown will get into a vehicle and operate it because he will just claim he wasn't operating under commerce so he did do what the judge said he didn't drive he traveled because these clowns claim they are two totally different definitions.

Judge Middleton, rocking the rock star hair!! 😏😁 That young man preaching "the law" to the judge is pretty amusing. I think Judge M was taking a power nap while Junior was reading his definitions and nonsense. LOL!! 😂 Judge M's patience never ceases to amaze me - he definitely found his calling. I couldn't do it; I just couldn't...

I found this after a long day of listening to victim statements in Brook’s sentencing phase. What a refreshing break. I love Judge Middleton.

Everytime the judge said driving I said to myself "traveling, he's traveling your honor" 😅

Judge Middleton is having a bad hair day! I miss him and Debbie Davis! Judge lets him rattle on all that time, to say, "so does that mean you want to plead not guilty?"

During the idiotic word salad diatribes, you can see Judge Middleton zoning out. I'm guessing he was listening to "I fought the law and the law won" in his head.

TO ALL SOVEREIGN CITIZENS: "You have the right to REMAIN SILENT but, apparently not the GOOD SENSE to." RockOn, Mike.
