Someone like Judge Webster is no nonsense but Arth is just an a$$ and lacked so much professional in this video. I'm personally disappointed in his behavior and I'm also disappointed in the commentary on this video. I also feel like his behavior was bordering on sexist if not outright sexist. I'm not giving either of the lawyers a pass on their shortcomings and certainly anyone can disagree but this is my strong opinion after watching this video.

The properties even as a separate company would still flow to their personal tax returns as a K1, but if they’re the only owners it’d be a schedule E on their personal taxes under the LLC if there is one. They may be early on in the rental properties where they’re breaking even and not profitable yet.

I'll explain it. Mexicans do a ton of contracting under the table all cash deals and they work under different and fake social securities you would be surprised how much money is in the illegal Mexican things. They even get car loans and house loans all with fake documents and they game the system by still getting government entitlements food stamps, free rent, free medical, so trust me they hide their money very well.. just look at THIS CASE!! the chick is scamming the dude is scamming it's all just smoke and mirrors with dreamers.

Hey Mike. Is there a way to put you in the upper left corner instead of lower left? A lot of the captions come across the bottom, and for those like me who have a hard time hearing sometimes, we can read along with those captions. With your handsome picture on the top, the captions are more clear. I’m not a computer jerk, so don’t know if this is even possible. If not, oh well. Thanks anyway. He's not yet ready for all these upstart women making it happen without chattels to a man -like his God intend (the men slipped that in to his bible in 600AD). At first I thought that the husband was present. I second guessed that when the judge ignored the wife's attny, asking her all the questions but only asked hubs attny, didn't direct any questions to him. His attny brings up his accident, you know, the one he scolded him for🤣. Judge says abt the bandage.. so I look closer. Mr V hadn't moved in almost an hour, wow it must be showing his picture. Then all of a sudden, he moves!!! It was him!!! He stood there for an hour!!! Not moving a muscle.. Did the judge know he was there or not? 'Yes' lol But in all seriousness, that judge was extremely rude to the woman attny & Mrs V. Then he's up there drinking and stretching 🤔 would he do that in court? Power tripping, to me anyway. Just an observation.

This judge is so rude and condescending to the female attorney. He then criticizes a fellow female judge as well. And btw, he expects answers to financial questions post haste, which no one can do. I realize judge may be frustrated by this case, but he’s openly hostile to the females in the room. Oh, and the wait 5 seconds comment is the most obnoxious, sexist bull! She should have called him out for that and insinuating that she “slipped something in” to a TRO. Side note: judge sounds like that allergy commercial guy.

31:15 Mike, was she “sloppy” … and BIGEN was a reason for her _possibly_ (although have you seen her before other judges)_ being “about to cry” *the fact that THE JUDGE TOLD HER TO WAIT 5 SECONDS before answering…* ⚠️ then cut her off / refused to allow her to answer _AS SHE WAS WAITING HIS DIRECTION TO WAIT 5 SECONDS_ *which applied ONLY TO HER* ❓❓❓ Do you both _really_ not see the double standard❓ Mike knows he’s a chauvinist. It’s literally part of his brand _(“Naughty adventure fund”)_ … and sometimes like his political views, he acknowledges it. *But pretending the you both & the judge are not treating her reaction differently* _based on how THE JUDGE treated her_ *is pretty ridiculous.*

I'm glad that there are at least some people like yourself that see and understand this. It's incredibly frustrating to see so much open bias not just by Mike, who openly admits his bias, but by other viewers that are commenting. And it is a bit unfortunate to see that Mike responded to another comment similar to this to simply say that he can see misandry is alive and well, which I personally think is not just incorrect but also immature Everyone is course entitled to their own opinion but it is disheartening to see so much sexism. It unfortunately reads like a lot of 'nice guys' and/or men who feel like they themselves got screwed in a divorce and have let that colour how they view cases like this if not the rest of their lives.

I get trying to keep people on point, but often he didn’t give them a chance in any way to say anything. Female lawyer definitely seemed sketchy to me and seemed to have provided some bad information to the judge (wrong property/year) and failed to do things she should (requesting info) which really sucks. But male lawyer also does… not providing service or providing contact info for his client. As far as which client is in the right and who is getting fleeced in this situation… I really don’t know. The judge hasn't let the female attorney discuss her motion unless it's yes or no answer's and when the judge was asking tax info on home, he made the mistake, not the wife . I re listened to it twice. It doesn't sound like male attorney has made an effort to provide financials or husband's address, so I am not inclined to believe he would answer Jeep questions.
