【Wild Hearts】 - Is the bow still strong? Showcase + Build (After Huge Nerf)

I’ve been knocking marvel, stam management and the “adds more arrows” skills as well as broken. Beast screaming arrow. I don’t main bow, but I play it every once in a while, I’ve noticed almost no change other than I can’t just spam anchor, which I’ve been trying to cut back on my anchor usage anyway. I feel getting thread starved, but that’s just when I’m using a lot of karakuri and not getting a lot of “regular” damage. But I feel that with any weapon if I’m not getting enough hits that aren’t karakuri spam.

I actually like this better then the jump spam anchor we had, also now I'm much more aware for spring and torch fusions Anyways I'm using the crit bow with the last stroke fury and such, thinking about switch to something like yours Would I feel a diffence in your mind?

I would just use the same bow as mine and get One stroke fury from gloves

I agree. Just less fun to play bow now. Unnecessary nerfs in my opinion.

Hello, can you tell me pls how aggro works in this game? When I help other players even with end-game bosses, then 80-90% of the fight aggro is on me. I also play with a bow and I'm honestly tired of being a bow-tank. If before the bow nerf it was possible to be a bow-tank and I was quite capable of tanking any boss the entire fight in a full group, then after that it became impossible to tank. But aggro is always on me. This discourages the desire to help other players and play in a group. P.S. ofc I don't have provocation.

I don't think there's any information about the aggro, it seems I always get aggro whenever I use bow as well. Not sure if it's intended or not.

​@@aleksandrmatvienko8767 From my play through if you do too much damage or have a lot provocation. You will always be targeted . Stealth art skill lowers your agro.

Harder to use how?! All you have to do is focus your shots in 1 area instead of so spread that you trigger more than 1 set

@@maxrosefoxanime7225 There is also more stamina consumed while dodging and the dodge distance has also been decreased. The bow is now far less nimble and it is now harder to recover thread form hitting monsters. With one single update they have essentially made you less mobile and have to manage your resources such as thread and stamina far more. Because of the stamina nerf you now will most likely use stamina buffing skills which will replace skills that may increase your overall damage or defense. So going forward this most likely is going to change the overall feel of the bow. This update had made the bow slow and clunky and it just doesn’t feel as fun to play anymore amongst others weapons you can use. Now I hope this is just a bug because I have been on three separate hunts so far after the update and no matter how many times I hit the monster I don’t get any Karakuri thread back. If this was intentional then it has made it very difficult to continue using Karakuri throughout the hunts so much so I found myself running out of thread after building only a few Karakuri. If this is just a bug then the update isn’t so bad for the bows. Please tell me my game is just buggy and the update isn’t that bad for bows.

Part hug I feel like the thread part just a bug because it the same for my weapons to and for energy that could just be nuff by fish or runing stuff that lower energy drain but I do kinda agree the bow was hit hard but not hard enough to make it useless just enough to make you think differently on how you use it at a moment but this is mostly coming from a person who use all the weapon's Soo fully im not completely sure

@@kamiivis9934 it’s still really good, you just need to actually think a bit more to use it now, all weapons are really great at the moment I’d say, but cannon/bow and staff are probably the most busted atm.

@@maxrosefoxanime7225 feels like you dont do much solo Laharback with this current bow. The thread regen is really shit in solo on top forcing our throat to eat stamina foods just plainly stupid. You guys probably havent seen my fail runs which is understandable to think it's really strong as top 2 weapon. Yes, the damage is up there cuz of crit damage increased by 30%. But to deal damage is just suffer in solo. Lock myself vulnerable for 6s to get a fking 5 thread lol. It is just not fun, co op is probably still fine.
