This is great! Although I differ from Ms. Roberts' opinion. I think Bactrian camels are very cute! The Mongolian nomadic life style is fascinating. We could all learn a lot from them. I wish I've had a cameraperson follow me around to take footage of all the beautiful things I've experienced in that country, so I'd be able to share as well.

It's pretty ignorant to go somewhere you can't speak the language, and expect to learn anything without a translator. It's also arrogant to assume you will learn anything if you can't even communicate.

Her hosts knew that she was coming, she knows about members of the family that are away, and she also knows the agenda. They've got a translator there. Not sure why they're not actively translating all the conversations, except that they wanted to emphasize how foreign these two worlds are to one another.
