But yes, if the officers would PIT an ATV like the OP said, the officer would have charges pressed against him and there would be an enormous lawsuit/settlement. As for the squatter situation, it is quite clear you are out of your element. Squatters are abusing tenant rights in the U.S., if you live in a country that doesn't have tenant rights, I truly feel bad for you. ​@@robertburns3014 That video where a guy who stole a Dodge Hellcat tried to outrun a helicopter...and succeeded. Arguably, the helicopter was probably low on fuel right from the start, so it broke off after maybe 20 minutes (and helicopter pilots love a 20 minute reserve in addition to the fuel required for the return trip). Dodge Hellcat probably had a full fuel tank, as it ran for 30 minutes before the driver went off-road (only the driver, the Hellcat was out of fuel). You'll probably find a lot of edited videos on KZbin where the "heroic" driver "escapes" the cops. Of course, on the full video, you can watch the final footage filmed from...another helicopter. Oh well. In Germany, the Autobahn has guardrails. Police will just stop a few cars to form a road block. First three rows get evacuated. Of course, someone going into the wrong direction is possibly more dangerous in Germany.

I like how he pulled over and was ready to give up but of course the cop can't resist body slamming the guy off of the ATV. And then they need 3 cops to cuff the guy. Why are cops in the US so aggressive? I'm originally from Russia, and cops never behave that aggressively unless it's with someone who is actually dangerous, like a terrorist. Also, cops in Russia almost never kill anyone. It's super rare, but here in the US it happens all the time. The reason I'm mentioning this is because my American friends all see Russia as evil, Communist, tyrannical, etc, but in reality, the US is far more tyrannical than even the Soviet Union was, let alone modern Russia. These American cops all behave like fascists.
