No respect for the law or the people who enforce it. They never want to comply with simple commands which escalates the situation and makes it more dangerous for law enforcement and suspects. You also hear "I Know My Rights" all too often and they believe they can talk their way out of everything.

Criminals should be required to pay taxes on their stolen goods at 20% of retail-cost. They should be required to report on their tax-forms all acquired items and if they sale such items, then it must be reported also. They should be fined or jailed for non-compliance.

Great job to all law Enforcement! ! Safe victim. That was allegedly kidnapped, and shared he had a weapon. So observed officers communication with suspect. Showed phone and no weapon in hands but refused to exit vehicle. Suspect was not compliance with officers to get out of vehicle. Swat was called to assist. K-9 unit assisted as suspect did not listen to instructions weapon was found. And seen on medical stretcher to transport to hospital for any medical attention needed. So this was a good example of patience and support from law enforcement assistance and public awareness in a neighborhood. And hillside environment. Made for awkward positioning of vehicles and manpower. But all was good. This was interesting video to observe. Calm cool and collected. Even k-9 unit too. Another day job well done. Stay safe.
