1v1 she can never contest objectives, farms pretty fkin slow compared to meta (Zyra, Brand, Lillia) and assasinates only one target efficiently. There are much more toxic champs that occur in every elo while she is pretty fkin useless in elo where control wards are bought and supports peel correctly.

No. She doesn't. She is bad rn because of how the jg meta was shifted with the grubs (much higher priority on clear speed and obj control). The meta picks are high aoe/camp stompers. Which every time they've given new Evelyn better early clearing tools (dmg buffs, the anti-counter jg system, etc) she's been S tier with a 60 plus win rate and high ban rate. The vast majority of players don't want assassin jg to be strong, which is why Riot has moved the meta away from it, instead of just gutting every assassin champ out of the role after they were in it for a patch or 2 and players started whining about them like they had been doing (Talon, Pantheon, Qiyanna, and Zed all got that treatment in the past few seasons). And she is one of the most toxic JG assassins due to how broken her R into perma invis disengage is.
