Anyway, today is SUCH an incredible day of riding. We head right to the top of the country, around Tongue, Lochinver, Durness, Drumbeg and more. Wow, we really struck gold with the weather for today's ride, as well.

48mins 20secs has to be one of the best examples of why Wildbad is just the greatest bunch of peeps. 4 guys, absolutely knackered from a hard days ride, and Gaz decides to jump Egon as all 4 burst out laughing followed up by a hug. You guys are the best!

Tongue to Durness, and around Loch Eriboll has got to be one of my favourite stretches of road ever. Not been up there for a few years so thanks for sharing and bringing some of those memories back.

Fantastic vid again Richy. Looks you guys had a great day out on the bikes, with an awesome route and much better weather!! Having done a similar route, (Ullapool, Lairg, Tongue, Durness, Drumbeg back to Ullapool) I personally think the scenery and route from Durness (via Drumbeg) to Ullapool is the best in the UK. So remote, scenic and wild. Looking forward to the next episode.

Rich. Only halfway through, but gotta kip. Loving the cottage pics video - you trotting round with your SLR for the best shot (which is where I've paused for tonight), but forgot to say, in Ep 4, when you all pull into a street and then a gateway / house for the night, I am 100% sure, that's the same gaff you arrived at on Day 1 of your January adventure on the Twin. I remember the bedroom window view. Really interesting to hear you views (two years aguh) when you rode Graeme's Beamer, and how that opinion feeds in to your later Africa Twin adventures. WOW!!! What a place Richy I need to get up there on the bike looks absolutely mind blowing. I have been up as far as Inverness only for work tho but managed to squeeze a boat tour of lock ness in tho while getting paid ha. That is definitely on the cards for the bike next year. Just watched the rest. Awesome Rich - so that didn't last long did it (not using the "A" word). There are no other words that capture the sentiment really though. I like my photography (and consider myself pretty good as well), but your pics / vids and editing is truly World Class mate. Not seen any other channel anywhere near the entertainment AND skill level. You can get one, but never both. It is awesome Rich - and I will use the word whenever I want henceforth. The bit where Gaz jumps on Egone had me in kinks. Just a brilliant episode. Dornoch is a place I no very well indeed. Anyway thanks again for uplifting me on what is other words a crap day. Your best ever video, in my view. Exceptional first 3 minutes. Drone footage adds a lot during interludes. That route was so, so picturesque. Those two trees next the house, in an otherwise treeless landscape, must have been planted by a previous owner. Trees would be everywhere but for the sheep. One of the few routes I have never driven/ridden in the north of Scotland. Spring 2018 is pencilled in. If you have a moment, could you advise of the exact route with reference to a screenshot of the map.

We make a Scotland pilgrimage every year the place is truly amazing apart from the unpredictable weather & the nasty midges. Pity you didn't stop in Durness for a break. Aside from the awesome Coco Mountain cafe and chocolate factory, there's also a memorial garden and a couple of signs commemorating the fact that John Lennon used to spend his childhood holidays in Durness with his cousin from Edinburgh, one Stan Parkes. Look up the Coco Mountain cafe and John Lennon's memorial on the web. Interesting stuff. Love your videos of your Highland trip. Looks utterly beautiful. Well done, sir!

Shame you missed the Assynt viewpoint just before you crossed the Kylesku bridge. I stopped off at the Drumbeg viewpoint last September (2018), but from the other direction, west to east. Nice video 👍🏻

I’m confused Richy! Why the shitting he’ll have you only 9k subs! There are some pretty good channels on here who get massive subs which yours should be.
