WildDog Kill in the Kalahari | Central Kalahari Game Reserve | Episode 2!

Many months of planning and co-ordinating went into this trip! @My Life in Africa , @4x4ventures , @Get Out, GO! and myself travelled to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve in Botswana with one ultimate goal. To cross the Reserve from North to South in 13 Days! Not everything went to plan but it certainly was an epic adventure and one I will never forget! In episode 2 we leave Kori Camp and the Deception Valley behind us and head to Sunday pan but the heavens open on the way there making for an epic adventure! While staying at Sunday Pan we have numerous game drives around the pan and see some epic sightings, including a Wild Dog Kill

Edward, mate - what an extraordinary vid! Your footage of the dogs is just outstanding! Something I've never seen on film, not even on National Geographic. But your other touches with the camera are so enchanting; the dew-laden grasses, the fire, the sunsets. It goes on and on. Another epic video - thanks for sharing. There seems to be so many roads and tracks, what do you use for navigation? In your opinion, what is the best time of the year to visit the CKGR?

Thank you Casper! There aren’t many places to get lost in the CKGR however in Moremi and Chobe it can be a daily occurrence 🙈 I use Tracks 4 Africa for navigation on a Garmin GPS, I would say the best time to visit the CKGR is in the dry season, so August - November as all the animals are forced to congregate around the waterholes.
