Has PS been experiencing same problem as XBOX with save games getting corrupted and legacy heroes being deleted? Lost hours of progress after playing game, and I’m just not interested in playing this game again as result knowing I have to start at beginning.

This is one of the disadvantage of increasingly powerful consoles. In PS1 days we will play these cheap simple games alongside AAA flagship games no problem. We don't think about oh my this is not even the max potential of this machine capable to. We don't care. Simple 2D games, 3D characters with 2D background, full 3D games, we play them all, no questions asked. One of the reason why PlayStation was so succesful back then. The sheer variety of games available was through the roof.

@@davidsentanu7836These types of games wouldn’t be an issue if we actually got plenty of singleplayer AAA games. The variety is basically multiplayer, AA or indie now with just a very few singleplayer AAA games.

@@turanx0 True. Because of tbe increasingly powerful consoles, making an AAA game took so long thus carrying higher risk. When the risk is too high, developers won't innovate. Leading to neverending milking and regurgitation. I played Super Mario Bros 3D last night on Nintendo Wii U. And it look perfectly fine. It's a weak console from more than a decade ago. People are having fun playing on a Steam Deck, even on mobile phones.

@@davidsentanu7836 Played that same game a few months ago on my Switch Lite in bed. It’s fine, but it’s nothing amazing or ambitious like the AAA singleplayer games. Steam Deck is cool, I got it, but it’s mostly being used to play older games via Steam store and emulation. People want the latest and greatest from their consoles and PC’s.
