Feels lik redbull invite Brendan Fairclough as he is one of the true kings of rampage, but don’t then include his footage and features as he is a monster rider. How can his jump on to that boulder and off the top in to that drop not be in this? Also he is killing the canyon gaps. Shame for Bren dog as he will likely never win rampage due to sponsorship issues and also never get the recognition he deserves. He is out there like the rest risking his life on that mountain. Not a single trick on the montage? Says all you need to know about the corporate and competition side of “redbull’s” rampage.

I don't even understand this kind of pseudo edit before the event, it contains major spoils of the lines and what riders are willing to do...but i guess it's "in the air of time", no more surprises, more slopestylish features and bikes...etc etc...Not surprised it comes in Redbull channel, they want to do views and likes but we could still follow the building part on riders channel without seeing too much...

This has got even worse then it was last year. Its a pure manicured slope style event now, motorways with tricks, pretty useless really. And the judges, what planet are they on, they cant even decide what score to give a rider without comparing rides. WTF is that, a sure sign that the judjing criteria isnt clear enough. If you cant score a rider properly by watching their ride alone then you should not be a judge in the first place. Big up to Tom Isted for refusing a 2nd run in the face of strong head winds across the 75 foot canyon. The peoples vote for rider of the day was BrenDog, over 55% of the vote, more than all the rest of the riders combined. They obviously know something the judges dont !!!. When Brendogs score came in the spectators booed the judges and even the commentators looked pretty speechless and bemused. Redbull politics have ruined this event. !!!

Last year watching for a lot of us. "Match fixing" is undoubtedly a thing in Rampage and although the runs are a lot of fun to watch you just know from the start who the judges is going to pick for first place. Here's hoping for someone else in the sport to start a similar event, but less corrupt.
