do you not think its a little more like a whilster dh track then a hardline as they in wales come down a mountain this is quite flat and fast in most places not sayin at all or putting this course down as its one of the worlds best for sure but i feel hardline in wales is alot more straight down top to bottom then like fast long speed bits if think the only real fast long bits in wales is the 90footers the rest of it is just narly ruff terrain especially with the new top section i know the ground and dirt is completely different levels as dusty down under but i feel the should take out a few fast bits and put some more steepy tech tech bits in would really really step it up

This has got to be one of the funnest looking DH courses I have seen. Looks like nothing but joy from top to bottom for the boys. Actually saw some of the ladies riding it early and they had massive smiles as well.

The first 3/4 is fun, but after the highway they can't feel their hands. No doubt the end is fun, but no way did they enjoy those big jumps at the end on race day. It's a long track for a Hardline for sure.

WOW! Everything about that was sick: the riders, the trail, the video, and sound. Would like to have a side view too and it would be perfect. Watched this live! I miss Red Bull coverage of UCI races. However, Rampage and Hardline are amazing! Would be great if there was an Enduro race comp. On the day of the race the sunlight was blinding them on some parts of the trail! These riders are super humans!

I mean this looks a ton of fun, But doesn't look much different to any other pro line that you'd see at a Bike Park tbh. I can't see any super steep or technical areas that require line choice and brake control (apart from 3 seconds of off-camber trail).. Just a bunch of manicured berms, darkfest gaps and high speed drops. Don't get me wrong, this looks like an absolutely sick course, but noway near as gnarly as Hardline Wales.

I'm 45 and still ride hard (obviously nothing like these guys), but I'm starting to dial things back a bit. Bones don't heal as quick, muscles stay sore a little longer and I don't bounce right back up like I used to. 20 years ago I'd bail off my bike and do some kinda ninja roll like I'm Bruce Lee, popped right back up. Nowadays it's more of a splat, and I just lay there for a minute and assess the damage.

​@dodgemF1 probably for the best if the wind picks up. Right now they are overshooting with tail winds. They should still clear with face wind at least. Best to play it safe first year than re-route on race day because conditions make it a gamble to clear 90ft. They can build it up for next year.
