Mia Sheridan Where the Blame Lies Another great wild read. A survivor after being kidnapped helps a cop find out what happened to her after a body is found 8 years later
@brennabarrett72644 жыл бұрын
You might like Laurann Dohners LVG series. It's Vampires, Lycans and Gargoyles. Each book is a different couple but they are often wild rides. The first book they are in a plane crash at the beginning and spend most of the book trekking through the Alaskan wilderness trying to get to a town with bad guys chasing them. I really liked it.
@amywade27534 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t say it was wild but Where the Blame Lies by Mia Sheridan definitely kept me on the edge of my seat! It had the perfect amount of mystery and suspense but the main focus is the romance :) & book 2 was just as good to me

I definitely got some recs from this video! My problem with Credence really was the ending - the guys she ended up with was the worst possible choice imo, and the only one that I thought was 100% unacceptable, because of the things he did to her. I was so hopeful when she started realizing how awful he was and how his "love" sucked, and then Penelope Douglas decided to go for the "her love cured him" route 🤢

I love this as a premise! Did you ever read Cheryl Brooks' Cat Star Chronicles? Basically, feline-esque aliens that are known for their sexual abilities. I only ever read one or two and it's been a while so I can't speak to the whole series, but it feels like they would fit this video so so well.

@@PeaceLoveBooksxo They're mid-2000s era romances and I think I gave one a 3 star and one a 4 at the time, but I haven't re-read or continued with the series. Not sure they would hold up, but the description at least reminds me more of the Ice Planet Barbarians.
