That was by far THE most pleasant tutorial I've ever watched. Thanks man!

I was in El Salvador on a medical volunteer trip for a month, and I've been working 12-hour night shifts in the ER. Been a little busy recently. A party sounds fun haha!

Just to point out, actually you did the slaps on beat 2 and 4 on all other parts except the verse, which were done on beat 1 and 3; it sounds like it's on 2 and 4 because melody is written on up-beat in the verse. (I was so confused by it and I finally figured it out haha) Have you played the whole song through? I'm not sure if it will be a problem when you connect them together, because you're switching the beat for the slaps in the verse... but anyways you sounds really good, thanks for your awesome tutorial! : D

I don't use anything. I'm always careful to avoid situations where I'm likely to break them (except basketball, I still play a lot). I file them often with a fine grit nail emory board. I've found that most nail break/tears results from a small crevice or crack that is ignored and then breaks completely with continued use.

The rhythm is the percussive technique I just showed played very fast, and the chords are C, D (with hammer on to 2nd fret of 1st string), G, G/Fsharp, Em7.

How do you keep your right hand fingernails so long? Do you use something to strengthen them? Mine tend to break or tear when they get too long
