This is my head canon for a character that never appeared in warrior cats but was briefly mentioned by Littlecloud when he was assisting jayfeather with advice to help Briarlight's injury. I always took an interest in him because he was Snowbird's son and I love snowbird. His wiki mentions he was paralyzed by a collapsing burrow so I headcanon it being him chasing prey and the burrow collapses on him. For anyone wanting to know more about the character his wiki states: Littlecloud reveals that the cat's name was Wildfur and that he had a broken backbone when a burrow collapsed on his hind legs. Wildfur had survived for a little while, but he kept getting a cough that made it harder and harder to breathe. Along with just sitting in his nest all day, he got fluid in his lungs, assisting his quick death. He ended up dying from chest pains and greencough, for he could not breathe anymore from the lack of exercise. Littlecloud mentions Wildfur had a similar accident to Briarpaw's, so he advises them to maintain Briarpaw's health by keeping her moving so that she will not have to share the same fate as Wildfur. Wildfur never had a canon appearance but Su Sussan mentioned him as a silver tabby tom with white paws and blue eyes. He was mentored by Cedarheart Fun fact: In the Chinese full-color version of Return to the Clans, Cedarheart, Russetfur, and Wildfur as an apprentice appear in the ShadowClan patrol that confronts Sasha.
