Hi beautiful treasure hunters! Do y'all keep some sort of journal of your adventures? Even something simple like date, location, types of items, why and maybe when to revisit to refer back to? I really enjoyed seeing flowers as we're about to be below 0 temps and more snow coming up here in MT.😢 Had a fantastic time and can't wait for the next adventure. 2 things. I lobe the half shell that eroded away to show the calcite inside. Whenever I see a whole bivalve I wonder if it's full of calcite. Second, Natalie has such an interesting voice! I really hope you guys sing together. I bet her voice complements Kyle's! Love you guys! Thank you for another adventure! I have missed fossil hunting!

I LOVE that tiny perfume!!! So jealous!! I so wish I could get out and hunt for bottles. That knot of wood Natalie picked up looked like an animal hoof.

Those terpentine pots were cool, as I was watching I had to look 2 feet from my left ear to see my complete one sitting on the work bench that was gifted to me. It's about half full of pine pitch still.

A big plain bottle would be so pretty with the buttons you find in it! I have old fruit jars with buttons sorted by color and blue fruit jars with glass tops with beans in them setting in my kitchen window. Love them!

I found this hunt very stressful; kept expecting you to come across an alligator! Argh! I'm glad that Natalie could go out with you this hunt. Seems like awhile since she was able to do so.

Oh yeah with the first find being a modern alligator tooth we definitely had our eyes open! I was also very happy Natalie could come on this trip. She had a couple days off work so we filmed another video the next day which will be out soon too!

Kyle, if you tore apart many modern higher end boots and some shoes, you would find nails hiding between the outsole and midsole. They are still used.

My goodness!! With all of the bricks you find, you could build a house!!! 😮 Here in Western NY State, they sell for about $.50 - $2.00 each for used red bricks!!

I've been into fossils since I was a little kid! So I've spent a whole lot of time reading and obsessing over this stuff. But I learned the most just getting outdoors and finding fossils. ☺️

You know the older stuff is going to be under the sand or with hurricane winds and high tides push farther in or pull out in deeper water.

While talking turpentine pots at about 3:08 you pass over what looks like something older. Maybe a bottle of some sort. I don't know.
