Great pictures and videos. One thing I learned using my Z6II for video, is that Sport VR mode gives smoother horizontal pans without the 'snapping' jumps to stabilized positions. For stills it doesn't make a significant difference.

Thank you so much HellBatDc for your kind comment 🙏🙏😀😀. From what I understand, normal mode is stabilizing both horizontally and vertically and sport only horizontally. In film, I usually have the sports mode on, but turn it off when I shoot birds in flight.

Hello Göran, Beautiful video and stills - great colours of the Red Kite with the greenish background (and a whitish Buzzard ?) ! What kind of lens did you use and what kind of filter did you put on the lens? Thank you.

Thank you and thank you for your kind comment Frank. 🙏🙏😀😀 Here I have only used my 400mm's F-mount on my Z9. Here I have only filmed in 8K 30 fps with a shutter speed of 1/60 (double the fps) and no filter was needed, but I managed to keep the shutter speeds down using the aperture. Otherwise I use Freewell and there will be a video next week that I will try to make. Best regards Göran Ps, the white bird was a buzzard as you say. I call she ”Ghost”

Thanks for that "trick" I will be putting that to use. Are you shooting through a glass window? I remember once you spoke of a window that was one where you could see put but not see in. If that is what you are doing how are you getting such detailed images! Love your work, look forward to each one that comes out.

Thank you and thank you for your kind comment Floyd. 🙏🙏😀😀 Yes, I shoot through a mirror glass that takes two stops on the aperture and it's called Crystal Clear 4 mm stop sun and it is possible to shoot obliquely through the glass. It is excellent when filming because the birds do not see the camera movements
